Description: New headquarters that facilitates interaction and connection for Employees of social networking website Facebook.
Formerly a laboratory facility for high-tech manufacturer Agilent Technologies, the 150,000-square-foot structure at Palo Alto’s Stanford Research Park brings together more than 700 employees originally scattered throughout 10 locations in and around downtown Palo Alto.
The design of the space relied heavily on input from the users, appropriate for a flatly structured company that weighs every employee’s opinion equally.

Description: This facility experienced an extensive upgrade and remodel, which included replacement of windows, cutting in new windows, rebuilding parapet and repainting of all the buildings. Grand Central installed new flooring throughout the project.

Description: Safeway Inc. is a Fortune 100 company and one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America, based on sales. The company operates 1,740 stores in the United States and western Canada and had annual sales of $42 billion in 2007.
Safeway has programs to keep waste out of landfills and help cities and counties reach mandated reductions in solid waste disposal to landfills. For example, California stores divert more than 85% of its total solid waste from landfill disposal – well above the state-mandated goal of 50%.
